The other day I was asked to create a cute match-box for a friend of mine.
She wanted something pretty to put on her livingroom table instead of those ugly matchboxes you get in the store.
Well.. this is what I came up with…
I hope that she will like it…

This time the challenge is M for March – make a layout using the letter M! It could be the title or anything being with M!

The other day me and the kids visited a friend, and we had loads of fun… before we went home we took a stroll through the neighborhood. The kids played around, and when my Son found an old concrete pipe, he yelled… mom its PHOTO-TIME!!! (yup I have scrap-damaged kids) the photos of him and his darling sister turned out really well… and I scrapped them right away. This is one of the LO´s I did today. The base of this LO is really simple, I made the pattern using an pilot ink pen, and my Silhouette Cameo to draw this whimsical background, added some dots using a Prima Marketing stencil, and beautiful Tim Holtz Distress ink and distress marker -Pumice Stone.
The flowers are from Prima, and Wild Orchid Crafts. and other than that its a Manila Tag, and some patterned stripes of paper from Carta Bella.
There are a few fun creative things going on behind the scenes… and today I have been scrapping some great papers from Color Conspiracy and some oldies but goodies from Jillibean Soup.
There is rarely any photos of me and my husband together… wonder why? there are tons of pics of our children and about three of me and my husband on the same photo.. and one of those are our wedding portrait. I think I need to get some of my scrappy photographing skilled friends to help me out with a photo-session of the entire family this summer…
Patterned Paper- Jillibean Soup
Patterned papers- Color Conspiracy
Mists: Tattered Angel
Die cuts- Silhouette
Flowers- Wild orchid crafts
Have a great day!
There come times when you just need to create.. your entire body is itching to be creative.. and today have been one of those days.
This weekend I have been diagnosed with contact dermatitis, and that gives my hands itchy blisters… not fun at all… and that means that I have to use cotton gloves in everything I do. And with my hands covered in bandages… what happens?? The MOJO strikes big time… so its been a struggle using those gloves and handle glue and inks… but I got it done 🙂

This year I’m going todo the OLW class with Ali Edwards, having a word that is what you strive to during the year. After a lot of thinking my word will be balance.
To keep track of my journey I brushed of my old bookbinding skills, and made me anew journal.

Right now the creative flow is working with old photos,,, bec my printer is out of ink.. and it will probably take a few days before I can print new ones…
On this page I have used materials from: CartaBella, Prima, Pink Paislee, Becky Higgins, Wild Orchid Crafts, Cre8tive Cre8tions, The Twinery and diecuts from Silhouette Online store.

And it turned out AMAZING!! loved it.. and it really kicked my creative Mojos butt, and I have been printing loads of fun digital papers and I have a creative overload at the moment.
