Dream

I actually forgot to show the last LO I made during 2013, a LO about my daughter.

She has a fun habit when she is sleeping, she uses a headband to cover her eyes. just like a mask.

I wanted to make this LO just as dreamy as she is, and I used papers and masks from Prima, swirls cut out with my cameo, and flowers from Wild orchid Crafts and some of my favorite color twine -ocean from The twinery.

Thank You!

It´s time to sum up my time as a DT at Hobbyworld. My time is up, its time to give my spot to some new fantastic girls. It has been a fantastic ride, almost as a fairytale. But as all fairytales they come to an ending, and this is mine.

I usually try to do a list of my favorites through the year, and today I will give you the favorite work I´ve done for Hobbyworld this year

Thank you so much for your support, and I hope to meet you all again someday.

You & Me

The other day me and my son goofed around with an Iphone  photo app snapping selfies.

(You know that selfie is the new word of the year right?)

Its a rare thing to get a photo of my son.. and even more rare to get one with us together. So… I couldn´t resist creating a LO about it :)

It´s official…. my agenda for next year is empty

It´s been a fun filled year working with the Hobbyworld team, but sadly my time is now up and now the new team is official.

I thank Hobbyworld and it´s crew for a fantastic year, and wishing the new team the best of luck!

That means my creative agenda for 2014 is empty, waiting for fun things to happen. who knows what the future might bring, perhaps Santa will send some amazing fun adventures my way, and if not I will use this upcoming year to create and just enjoy the process.

Same embellishments different styles

The other day I teached a local scrap-class, and the lovely ladies wanted to learn a bit about layers and romantic style.

We talked about the fact that there is always the wrong type of scrappy supplies at home when you want to scrap. And that triggered me. Can you create with the same type of embellishments give or take a few things, and get different styles?? YES YOU CAN! all you have to do is changing the colors or patterns of your papers….

just check this out…

Candles

It´s time to count down for Christmas. And today I´m sharing a beautiful centerpiece I made for Hobbyworld Blog. You can find the how-to on the Hobbyworld blog.

Every year we are celebrating advent, and light candles each Sunday before Christmas eve.

This year I wanted to make something beautiful that would work as a regular decoration even after Christmas.

Always remember to never leave burning candles unattended, and always always blow them out before leaving the room!

Prima Mask

I made last minute masks for the party….

Well that happens right?? … At least I´m always last minute with costumes. And this year we got invited for a fun Halloween party, and my kids got a bit stressed when we had about two hours to go before the party started, and I had no costume…. I had a plan….

MY CAMEO!!

so…. about 30 min before leaving home this was complete….

one Venetian Courtesan, one Barbie musketeer, and a rabbit left for the party….. and it was a piece of cake, a walk in the park…. all of the masks was found in the Silhouette Online store… all I had to do was cut it out and assemble the masks and hit the road :)
